Dr. Sanjay Muthal: CEO ArgoLynx Consulting / Investor and Advisor to the Board at Refyne / Independent Director LIC MF & AMC.

With over 40 years of experience in India and abroad, Dr. Sanjay Muthal has amassed a multifaceted background in Consulting, Strategic HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development and Organization Development.

He currently leads ArgoLynx Consulting - a boutique HR Consulting firm as the CEO. He also is an Investor & advisor to the board of Refyne - India’s first employee wellness fintech company.

Dr. Muthal was the prime mover in the HR functions of many large Indian and multinational conglomerates. His last role was President - HR with Piramal Group, India’s largest pharmaceutical company. Prior to that, he was in the senior most executive echelons of people management in RPG Group, Hinduja Group and MNCs like Parke Davis and Hoechst. A long stint in the Middle East and the UK make up the earlier stages of his career. Dr. Muthal also provides strategic advice to many corporates and executive panels on creating, curating, and laying down the ethos for their Vision, Mission, Leadership Development and Organizational Restructuring. He is on the advisory board of several industry organizations, professional HR bodies and leading management schools.

Dr. Muthal has guided key teams in the HR functions to devise plans for organizations to grow strategically and to merge and acquire businesses globally. He is widely recognized as an influential HR person, a voice for the workforce, and a seasoned hand at creating policy. Some of his recognitions include:

A C-suite Consultant with overall 22 years of cumulative work experience, she has worked in search & selection with organizations such as RGF Executive Search, Signium International Singapore and Antal International.

Ferzyn has been an integral member of the RGF Executive Search office in Mumbai. She began her recruiting career with Antal International, in Mumbai as a member of the early team in India. She also worked with Signium in Singapore responsible for pharma & healthcare and industrial sectors.

Ferzyn has done extensive work for multinational companies across various functional areas (domestic and cross border) across diverse industry verticals – consumer, medical devices, industrial services, financial services et al. Both sides, clients and candidates appreciate her proactive approach to deliver a high engagement experience and value her for her proven industry knowledge and commitment to excellence.

As Partner at ArgoLynx Consulting, Ferzyn does extensive work for Indian and Multinational companies in various functional areas (domestic and cross border) across diverse industry verticals and also worked on commercial roles and corporate functions.

Prior to her Executive Search career, she worked for a number of years with various industries such as consulting, hospitality and financial services. She has obtained her Masters in Commerce and Business Management from Mumbai University and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Currently, a Partner at ArgoLynx Consulting, Reema is dedicated to guiding organizations towards their strategic aspirations by sourcing transformative leaders for critical, high-impact positions. Her expansive network, nurtured over years, comprises trusted clients and top-tier business leaders across various sectors including Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Goods and Building Materials.

Reema's academic foundation is solid, with an MSc in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University, achieved in 2005. Her life outside the corporate world is just as dynamic - she is devoted to her family, embracing her roles as a mother, daughter, and wife with the same passion she applies professionally. Sheetal is a C-suite Research Consultant with over 15 years of work experience across varied organizations such as RGF Executive Search and TCS e-Serve (erstwhile Citigroup Global Services).

Over the past 8+ years, Sheetal has honed her skills and expertise in collaborating with various search consultants & partners in fulfilling critical search mandates across a diverse spectrum of industries and functions that have shaped the success of businesses. She is known for her unwavering commitment to delivering results, characterized by a meticulous and data-driven approach to executive search mandates.

Prior to her experience in the executive search industry, Sheetal worked with Citibank’s Retail function for 6 years.

She completed her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Madras University. Beyond her professional life, Sheetal is an avid traveller and pursues various creative art forms such as distress art, decoupage, resin art, etc.
